One of the keys to a brand’s success is to have a simple message with a powerful identity. For Bond Oxborough Phillips the key visual has been part of their brands heritage and it was important to retain a link with the past and to connect with existing customers. The new logo, an evolution of the existing logo, was created to represent a street of houses. The one house raised above all the others depicts the house of choice. Our aim was to create a visual that would stand out from a distance and be easily recognised when used on such items as sales signage. The key has become an integral part of the design style and has helped to develop a look and feel that is unique and individual. The strap line ‘The Key to moving home’ reinforces the brand message with assertiveness.
